In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a young child of 5 or 6, I loved exploring and immersing myself in the sounds and 'universe' that happened when striking different keys on the organ at my nan's house. I loved harmony and making up songs. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Carole King, Tapestry Florence + the Machine, Lungs (Deluxe) Nick Mulvey, First Mind I love the honesty, heart and songwriting of each of these albums. I particularly appreciate the skill of each artist, the production with soaring melodies, harmonies and story-telling through the lyrics. Tell us why you chose this song. “Tree Cover” This is one of the earliest songs I wrote and co-produced years before it was actually released. I love the production on it and how an ethereal feel has been captured in the vocals in places and how the song is based on a real experience of mine. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing original songs to live audiences in theatre, festivals and live on BBC Radio. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Contributing music to the soundtrack of an Oscar-winning or film production and collaborating with artist Donovan on a value-creating music project.
