Lemaitre

Based in Los Angeles, Lemaitre is a Norwegian electronic duo whose fluid tracks blend electro-house, French house, nu disco, and indietronica. They rose to international attention in the front half of the 2010s with a series of EPs (Relativity 1-3) before signing with Astralwerks in the middle of the decade. Their breakout hit "Closer" featuring Jennie A. was later included on 2017's Chapter One, an LP made up of highlights from previous EPs. Lemaitre later delivered a proper full-length debut of new material with 2021's Substellar. After this, the pair began a new series of related EPs with 2024's RED and BLUE.
