In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember being transfixed by the drums. I was obsessed with The Beatles and used to work out Ringo's drum lines in my bedroom, using two paintbrushes and a few pots and pans. Ever since I have devoted my life to learning and writing music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Elliott Smith, Elliott Smith Metronomy, The English Riviera The Beatles, The Beatles (The White Album) I love these albums because they illustrate the power of arrangement and the way in which it enhances good songwriting and experimental production techniques. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Stars and Moon and Sea” This song symbolises a lot for me. It was the result of several months of writer's block and is, to date, my most complexly arranged and detailed recording. It deals with the subject of our connection to nature and the power of relinquishing control.
