In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a little girl my parents would have artists like Bonnie Raitt, Shania Twain, Neil Young and John Denver playing around the house. Growing up in a log cabin on a small island in Ontario Canada, it was the perfect soundtrack to my childhood. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, Bon Iver Kacey Musgraves, Golden Hour Shania Twain, Come On Over (International Version) Hearing Golden Hour for the first time I felt I had found a place in Country music that I could relate to. Come on over just brings back joyous memories of singing along to all the words as a little girl. Bon Iver creates such beautiful imagery. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Runaway” This was my debut single. I didn't have many expectations leading up to the release as I was a fairly unknown artist. Then suddenly the track started getting playlisted and radio airplay witch gave me an amazing boost and some great opportunities. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? A career highlight would have to be performing in front of 3000 plus people on the main stage of the Tamworth Country Music Festival as a finalist in the 2024 Toyota Starker competition. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to perform at the Grand Ole Opry one day. It seems like it would be such an honour and to feel the presence of all the legendary Country music artists that have come before would give me goosebumps.
