About Christian Li

Christian Li is a genuine child prodigy. Shortly after competition wins in 2014 and 2015, Li was soon attracting concert bookings in Australia and beyond, playing a rare 3/4-size Amati violin. In 2019, at age 12, Li became the youngest-ever winner at the Yehudi Menuhin Competition, and he was booked to play Saint-Saëns' Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso, Op. 28, at a free outdoor Melbourne Symphony Orchestra concert. In 2020, still just 12, he signed to the Decca label. In 2021, he issued his full-length debut, playing and conducting the Melbourne Symphony in Vivaldi's Four Seasons.
