In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is learning how to play the saxophone. I am self taught, but specifically remember listening to notes and mimicking the notes i heard. It teaches me that music works the same, you hear the key of a beat then mimic. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Marley & The Wailers, Legend – The Best of Bob Marley & The Wailers (2002 Edition) Kabaka Pyramid, The Kalling Nas, Distant Relatives Legend- Simply because it has all of my favorite Bob songs, including Concrete Jungle. Distant Relatives- This album got me through a rough patch in life. The Kalling - Every single song on his album touched me. I also believe i am called. Tell us why you chose this song. “Kushites” I love this song, not only because of the recognition it got, but also because of the meaning behind it. This song reminds us that we are powerful and descendants of kings and queens. It reminds us that we can accomplish anything. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments in my career thus far, is being trusted enough to advise some of reggae and dancehall "biggest names" during studio sessions. This includes helping them with lyrics in melodies. It truly has been a honor for me. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Seeing that i am half Ghanaian, I would love to have a African Tour. I would love to share my passion and knowledge, especially, in mama Africa
