In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first solo was at age six at my church Christmas program. I sang, "Away In a Manger." What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brandy, Full Moon H.E.R., H.E.R. Musiq Soulchild, Luvanmusiq I love R&B music to my core! These three albums all embody elements of storytelling through song. The flow of songs, the melodic lines, the songwriting and overall vibes of these albums speak to different parts of my soul. Tell us why you chose this song. “Get Out (Explicit Version)” This song was written during overstimulation and the need to get out of the space I was in. It is a reminder to take care of yourself mentally, physically and emotionally. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Singing in the "Sunstar Festival" on the famous stage of Pittsburgh's own Kelly Strayhorn in 2023 was a memorable experience. I was showcased amongst other women artists, Diarra Imani, Toshi Reagon, DJ FEMI, and Lola Cole. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to receive my first major song placement as a songwriter.
