Editors' Notes The seventh album from post-hardcore bar-raisers Silverstein is an ambitious triumph, weaving together a series of narratives told from differing perspectives on every track. For example, “Massachusetts” depicts a woman fleeing an abusive relationship, while "California" picks up on her mindset as she starts a new life. Naturally, Silverstein match their conceptual grandiosity with a sound as uplifting as it is heavy, vacillating between crushing pop-punk ("With Second Chances") and delicate, melancholy indie rock ("Arrivals").
