I can't wait

Mostly an instrumental album but who cares because Pink Floyd are one of only a few bands who don't need words to convey emotion.

Truly a classic floyd album

I've been eagerly awaiting this album since it was announced last year.. When I heard that it was mostly instrumental, I must admit that I thought there may be a slight let down in store. But after listening to it in its entirety I'm lost for words to describe just how good this album is. And I'm sure that after a few more listens it will be even better.. All I can say is it just sounds right, if you know what I mean, it's reminiscent of classic floyd albums like medle and ummagumma, but also has throws of the wall, dark side and wish you were here hidden in it. If this is truly to be floyds last album, it's a fitting way to bow out.. I urge everyone to buy this album. Shine on you crazy diamonds....

not surprised

Its not a good idea to rate a pink floyd album after hearing it only once but here goes . its a pink floyd album in name only .an album of great beginings and backing tracks .its dull .a lazy effort. gilmour shoul have passed it on to roger waters to breath some life into it .one of the greatest bands ever and one of the worst efforts.
