Brilliant meditations
I found the meditations very easy to follow and his voice gentle and not distracting.
The background noise is noticeable initially but I soon forgot about it and it would certainly not put me off recommending the album to others. I now do this every day and feel so much better, worth every penny!

Poor Quality Recording
These are excellent meditations, but they are spoiled by the constant background hiss on the poor recording. This also serves to distract when attempting to meditate which rather negates the point of meditation! I've now played this across several devices and sadly the hiss is very evident, even when opting noise cancel on my player.
