Though it was the Golden Age of Hollywood that ushered in the grand orchestral film soundtracks we know and love today, the Golden Age of Video Games is arguably happening right now, bringing the sounds of an orchestra to the ears of millions. Of course, even the earliest games had a soundtrack of some kind, be it Tetris or the original Super Mario Bros., but as technology and graphics have progressed, so too has the scope of the sounds to go with them.
