Massive Attack Essentials

Massive Attack Essentials

If it weren't for Massive Attack, today's musical landscape would be a whole lot different. After forming in the late '80s in Bristol, England, the group helped bring the trip-hop movement into the mainstream with their 1991 album Blue Lines, bringing together the city's Caribbean influence with elements from soul and hip-hop to create a sound that was unlike anything else. Having worked with an ever-evolving cast of vocalists including Tracey Thorn, Damon Albarn, Liz Fraser and reggae legend Horace Andy, Massive Attack continue an astonishing legacy with each new release.
