Their wayward cowboy aesthetic evokes folk-minded traditionalists like ranchera king Vicente Fernández and conjunto accordionist Flaco Jimenez; their good-timey, cowpunk-leaning arrangements are on par with CCR's steel string-driven swamp rock and War's funky low-rider fusions.
