About Salvo Beta

Salvo Beta is an experimental electronic musician that springs from the computer geek generation, a product of the technology available to normal people. At home his name is Sean Wolfe, a computer junkie that collected effect pedals and noise generators until he was ready to apply it to his music. He began releasing music on the net under the Salvo Beta name, and the tracks caught on enough to spread his name to the underground and give him a platform to perform live. Pulling in a DJ and a live drummer for his shows, he spent his free time recording the noisy rollercoaster ride Abrasive Stuttering in the fall of 2000 for a 2001 release. Playing live shows behind it, he released the caustic remix collection Evil Against Evil: The Kids in the Neighborhood Grab Their Bats and Remix Abrasive Stuttering in 2002. ~ Bradley Torreano
