Desire

About Desire

Comprising Fred Daniel (vocals), Burk Price (guitar), David Svach (bass) and Larry Sexton (drums), Desire was a largely unsuccessful US hard rock group of the early 80s. Price’s work on the group’s debut album, 1983’s Cry At The Sky, created some ripples of encouragement in the press, but the group’s sound was too limited and formulaic to cultivate a larger audience. After only a handful of cursory promotional gigs the group folded.
