Consisting of Eminem and Royce da 5’9”, the rap group Bad Meets Evil is a showcase for two legendary Detroit MCs with undeniable chemistry. • Em met Royce in 1997, when the latter was opening for Usher at the Hollywood Palladium. Eminem wasn’t yet famous. • Bad Meets Evil debuted in 1999 with a two-song single consisting of “Nuttin’ to Do” and “Scary Movies”. • When Eminem rose to fame and launched the group D12, Royce and EM’s relationship soured. • Following the death of D12 member Proof in 2006, Eminem and Royce hashed out their differences.
