Three very different composers collaborated on the Bollywood soundtrack for this romantic drama set in the snow-covered terrain of Kashmir. Assamese singer/composer Joi Barua, ace sitarist Niladri Kumar and powerhouse Kashmiri band Alif have created a series of mellow cinematic sounds with some of the most impeccable voices in the biz. Jonita Gandhi and Arijit Singh duet on “Aahista”, Atif Aslam and Jyotica Tangri join forces on the folksy “O’Meri Laila” and Alif’s own frontman, Mohammad Muneem, stars on the evocative “Katyu Chuko”.
