Pablo Carbonell

About Pablo Carbonell

Born in Cádiz and raised in Huelva, singer/songwriter Pablo Carbonell moved to Madrid at the age of 19, soon playing along with Pedro Reyes. Carbonell later formed a pop/rock band called los Toreros Muertos, after teaming up with bassist Many Moure and keyboardist Guillermo Piccolini. After los Toreros Muertos disbanded in the early '90s, Pablo Carbonell started playing roles in movies such as Los Invitados, Loco Veneno, and Mátame Mucho, writing a book called Sinsahara in 1997. Carbonell's solo debut album, Aceitunas y Estrellas, was released by his own label, called 18 Chulos, in the year 2000. ~ Drago Bonacich
