About Nsay ki la

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memories go right back to my childhood, in the church choir. As a kid, I learned to sing and play musical instruments. I was so little that my hands couldn't reach the drums (congas) to play. So, one man used to carry me! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lucky Dube, The Best of Lucky Dube Nsay ki la, Overflowing EP Richard Bona, This Is Richard Bona I love Overflowing from me. I put in so much of me into it. Lucky Dube and Richard Bona are some of my inspirations in one way or another. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “OVERFLOWING (feat. Vernsai Sany)” I love everything about this song, beginning with the creation process. Vernsai Sany brought in a special flare to it. Marc Eff of Kovapot, the producer, rendered the afrobeats in a sweet way. It is an invitation for God to fill us to overflowing. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The way we did the Overflowing EP, working miles apart, never met physically, but the outcome was so lovely and satisfying! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There is much more music to expect from me. Some is already created, and some in progress.
