A former laborer from Bridgend, Wales, rapper Leeroy Reed first found fame on the MTV reality show The Valleys in 2012. The notorious show was an opportunity for Reed to showcase his rapping skills, his fast delivery of rhymes capturing viewers' attention and his success with the ladies on the program. Drawing upon his tough experiences growing up, his verses reflected on life before and during the show. His successes on the The Valleys led to a record deal with Transmission Records in 2013 and saw his debut single, "Can't Get Enough," released during the summer of that year. Reminiscent of U.K. hip-hop/pop crossover artists such as Wiley, Wretch 32, and Devlin, this proved a successful start to his career outside of the popular show. ~ Aneet Nijjar
