From buying Musical Youth's "Pass the Dutchie" to being hypnotised by TOTP on a Thursday night; our shared musical memory was being led astray by Iron Maiden. Myself and Stew spent many school lunch times watching 12 Wasted Years on VHS, on repeat! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Avenged Sevenfold, Avenged Sevenfold (Bonus Track Version) Guns N' Roses, Appetite for Destruction Iron Maiden, Seventh Son of a Seventh Son (2015 Remastered Edition) 3 is hard to pick but 7th son for the production and for Maiden being at the height of their writing power. Appetite for the shear rawness and swagger of '87 (and what a debut!). A7X with an absolute southern Californian classic, packed with bangers! Tell us why you chose this song. “Heartache for the Heartless” Life is all about transitions, and although this marks the end of what was the direction of GH then, this song was about some memorable times; some hard, some good, but playing this live was always a blast. Not our finest but raw and atmospheric.
