While their name might translate as "laziness" in English, SGAE Music Award-winning Spanish alternative rockers Pereza are exactly the opposite when it comes to their The Beatles/Stones-inspired musical landscapes. Comprising Rubén Pozo Prats and José Miguel Conejo Torres, the duo originally formed during the late '90s with the intention of starting a covers band. But they soon found their own voice through a combination of Latin pop, acoustic and other indie elements—resulting in 2005's breakthrough album release, Animales.
