About The Vipers

Manchester, England's Vipers were founded in October of 2006 by vocalist/guitar Nathan, bassist Scott, fuzz bassist Joey (that's right, two bass players), and drummer Kyle, with the shared goal of defying ready-made genre boxes with their spontaneous and explosive brand of garage rock. Not surprisingly, the quartet also came armed with a D.I.Y. philosophy that led to the independent release of its critically acclaimed debut mini album, Fear of the Redheads, and subsequent shows opening for bands like the Damned, the BellRays, and the Beasts of Bourbon. A full-length album entitled The Boys on the Burning Deck was scheduled for release in early 2009. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
