In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I love melodic hooks. It's probably a result of being brought up with the songs of The Beatles. By 6 years old my favourite band was Duran Duran, as they brought a meld of catchy songs blended with guitars and synth arpeggios. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Duran Duran, Rio (Remastered) The Beatles, The Beatles (The White Album) The Chemical Brothers, Exit Planet Dust The White Album is obviously a classic. I loved the variety of styles, but it was still all the Beatles. Rio is one of the hookiest Rock Pop albums that ever was, a gem. Exit Planet Dust was a pioneering electronic album that pushed boundaries. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “There's a Light” This track inspires a sense of wonder and I think it would find a great home on a movie or video game soundtrack. Inspired by the like of Sasha and Bob Moses it is hard to define by genre, but what's most important is the melody is there. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting to play a set of all my own original music for the album release party. It's not often electronic artists get to solely play their own creations. Needless to say it was very rewarding, and the reaction I'll never forget. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I think I would like to continue evolving and hope to bring some new fans along for the ride. I kind of miss the idea of electronic music with strong songwriting, so that's my latest kick.
