Thai trio PLOT write high-octane bursts of frenetic noise, full of howled vocal melodies, punchy drums and tales of relationships stuck in reverse. The rising indie-rock fire starters didn't conjure their energetic sound out of thin air, though. They had plenty of inspiration for explosive art rock, including the defiant noise-pop of M.I.A. and Savages' throttling post-punk.
