In a short but prolific career, Psyched Up Janis held a mirror up to the post-grunge explosion of straight-ahead guitar bands into record stores and onto label rosters. The major difference: their success largely played out on the other side of the world -- first in the Scandinavian territories, then throughout most of the rest of Europe.
