Granada indie-rockers Lori Meyers made an instant impression with their 2004 debut Viaje de Estudios. The band flirted with hooky power pop, fuzzy shoegaze and '60s sunshine pop harmonies, leading to a shimmering melodic excursion. Subsequent work such as 2013's Impronta heralded an increasingly layered sound with spiralling psychedelic textures and offbeat cosmic rock, gloomy synth notes and echoing post-punk guitars as they pushed into new musical frontiers.
