His dusty deep house descends from the after-hours mood pieces of artists like Efdemin, and Leon Vynehall's soulful collages echo in the way he cuts up samples. Then there's his rap side, channelling the hypnotic, bass-heavy sounds of Lil Uzi Vert and Young Thug into purring beats that float high above the ground.
