German trio Glashaus have forged an identity and long career around a deeply emotive blend of soul and electronic music. Writing and production team Moses Pelham and Martin Haas craft the arrangements, while singer Cassandra Steen's arresting vocals sail through the music's intimate spaces. Since Glashaus' 2001 debut, their sensuous, romantic sound has mesmerised a legion of fans, with its sleek urban hip-hop passages and dubstep drum breaks matching warm R&B tones and evocative orchestration. Their 2017 album Kraft shows they've lost none of their sonic dynamism.
