About The Flock
Flock are an informal supergroup from London's indie jazz scene. Its members include Tamar Osborn on reeds and woodwinds (Collocutor), pianist/keyboardist Al MacSween (Maisha), synthesist Dan Leavers (aka Danalogue, the Comet is Coming), drummer and tabla player Sarathy Korwar (Upaj Collective), and composer, percussionist, vibraphonist, and electronicist Bex Burch (Vula Viel), the group's linchpin. After playing one virtual gig together during the pandemic, they entered a recording studio and cut their 2022 self-titled debut album in a single day.
