THALA combines a sweet, wispy vocal delivery with '90s inspirations encapsulating dream pop, shoegaze, and grunge. The spacey atmospheres of her debut album, adolescence, materialized in 2021. She adopted a heavier, more dissonant palette in 2023 for the EP In Theory Depression.
