BENNETT’s viral hit “Vois sur ton chemin (Techno Mix)” started life as a failed attempt to please a family member. Back in 2021, the Gen Zer from Koblenz, Germany, was still honing his DJ skills when his sister asked if he could remix a popular boys’ choir piece from the 2004 French movie The Chorus. Though initially displeased with the results, BENNETT realised he had something special when he revived it for an underground rave. It swiftly became an international smash, with a who’s who of EDM stars setting dance floors on fire thanks to its novel contrast of delicate choral voices with thunderous kick drums. BENNETT has since transformed the track’s triumphant energy and classical touchstones into a trademark style. In addition to dropping follow-up hits like 2024’s “Dernière danse (Techno Mix)”, featuring French pop singer Indila, he’s teamed up with David Guetta and Kim Petras for a remix of their club hit “When We Were Young (The Logical Song)” that pounces with BENNETT'S unbridled energy.
