Tina Arena Essentials

Tina was just eight when she first appeared on weekly TV on Johnny Young's Young Talent Time in the mid-‘70s, and she spent the next six years singing doe-eyed ballads. But as an adult Tina reinvented herself as a singer and entertainer, and she's been doing it ever since. In 1990, she released a risqué disco-pop hit that cracked the Top 10. But this release was just a preamble to her epic Don't Ask, which was Australia's highest-selling album for 1995. Shortly after its release, she started spending more time in France, recording hit records in French and English. An orchestra-accompanied collection of classic pop covers, Songs of Love & Loss, appeared in 2007, followed Songs of Love & Loss 2. In 2013 her ninth studio album Reset added an elegant new chapter to a career that has been filled with unexpected reinventions.
