Maniac: The Producers

Maniac: The Producers

From 2006 to 2009, Maniac, a.k.a. Brandon Jolie, emerged as one of the hottest producers in grime. At just 16 years old, he was sought out by Wiley and later worked with Tinchy Stryder, while contributing music to Adulthood, Noel Clarke's seminal film about South London youth culture. His rise was cut short by a jail sentence, but after serving six years he was released for good behaviour and got back to work with Wiley. Check out his collaborations with grime's royalty: Tinchy, Wiley, Chipmunk and Jme.
