Cameron Whitcomb considers some big questions on his new single, the raw and emotional “Rocking Chair”. The pipeliner turned singer-songwriter debates the existence of a higher power, wondering, “Could I believe in a man I don’t see?” before expressing hope that peace awaits his loved ones after they pass away. “I wrote this song about being an atheist hoping heaven exists so the people you've lost are still around in some way,” Whitcomb says. “In particular, I wrote this song about wondering where my grandpa went after he passed.” The new tune follows the recently released track “The Devil I’ve Seen”.
