A devout Rastafarian, Anthony B combines traditional roots reggae with dancehall for a distinctly energetic sound. Debuting in the early '90s, he came to prominence with hits like "Raid Di Barn" and the nostalgic "Waan Back”. He then went on to collaborate with some of reggae's biggest names including Buju Banton, Capleton and Sizzla and ushered in a new era of conscious reggae. Fusing old school riddims with hard-hitting '90s dancehall, Anthony B's anti-slackness anthems clicked with hip-hop artists as well; he's worked with names like Wyclef and Snoop Dogg.
