About Bloodhound Gang

Originally called Bang Chamber 8, Bloodhound Gang took their new name from a segment on PBS children’s show 3-2-1 Contact. ∙ Cofounder Daddy Long Legs left Bloodhound Gang in 1995 and went on to form rap-rock/horrorcore band Wolfpac. ∙ Their big break came when an intern at Seattle alternative radio’s 107.7 The End played their single “Fire Water Burn” for the station’s music director. ∙ Bloodhound Gang’s third album, 1999’s Hooray for Boobies, went Platinum, spawning the hit single “The Bad Touch.” ∙ Their songs have been featured in the films Half Baked, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, EuroTrip, and Gamer.
