Jimmy Page Essentials

Even leaving out Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page still has a heavy-duty rock history. Besides helping to invent UK blues rock with The Yardbirds, he formed '80s supergroup The Firm with Bad Company's Paul Rodgers, lending stinging riffs to tunes like the band's breakout hit "Radioactive"; partnered with Whitesnake's David Coverdale in Coverdale/Page for cuts like the crunching, Zep-like "Shake My Tree"; and rejoined old pal Robert Plant in The Honeydrippers for swinging jump blues like "I Get a Thrill". And somehow amid it all he found time for raw, rocking solo tracks like "Wanna Make Love".
