True to his name, Boys Noize specialises in the youthful hijinks and high decibels synonymous with rave culture. Since launching his Boysnoize label in 2005, the Berlin producer has steadily tested the limits of his sound—old-school techno that balances gravelly electro-house with gurgling acid flourishes—while lending his remix talents to Feist and N.E.R.D alongside dance peers Daft Punk and Justice. He's even delved into trap with the bass-heavy "Push 'Em Up", and Dog Blood, his duo with Skrillex, is a stylistic free-for-all of sweaty club mayhem.
