In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Stian: I remember being bullied in school and going straight to the piano for comfort. The piano was the place where I felt fully myself. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, Bon Iver (Deluxe Edition) Thomas Dybdahl, Stray Dogs Ólafur Arnalds, some kind of peace 'Stray Dogs' was the first album I bought with my own money as a 13 year old. I discovered this 'Bon Iver' CD at a petrol station on the top of the mountains in Norway. It helped to define our own sound. 'Some Kind Of Peace' is just gorgeous! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Who Knew” Who Knew is special because it's about how Abi and I (Stian) met. I had never written a love song before this song. That's another reason why it's special. One of a kind. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We had an email saying that our lyrics saved their life. She was about to take her own life, she put on a playlist to aid her, and one of our songs stopped her. Music is so powerful! And imagine the guts to email the band. It changed our perspective. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We want to tour the US, main land Europe and Asia. We want to collaborate with or/and support Bon Iver, Of Monsters And Men, Oh Wonder or any similar artists.
