Gustavo Cerati Essentials

Getting his start in New Wave power trio Soda Stereo in the mid-'80s, Argentinian crooner and multi-instrumentalist Gustavo Cerati went on to heavily influence the rock en español scene with his suave and intimate vocals, proggy guitar lines and magic realist lyrics. His diverse catalogue ranges from the swinging, Bowie-inspired "Paseo Inmoral" to the shoegaze-esque "Vívo" and the loungey deep house of "Amo Dejarte Así", as well as neo-psychedelia, art rock and essential alternative rock cuts from the late '80s and early '90s.
