About The Medusa Snare

The dreamy, distortion-kissed indie pop act Medusa Snare began in 2008, more or less as a side project for Manhattan Love Suicides bassist Adam John Miller. Squarely in the same C-86-loving genre but drawing from a slightly different pack of influences (Guided by Voices and the Clean chief among them), Miller's pet recording project debuted with the full-length Cinderella, which was released on Squirrel Records in the fall of 2009. Over the next two years, the Medusa Snare recorded some new songs, including a Tullycraft cover, which was featured on the Tullycraft tribute album Wish I'd Kept a Scrapbook. ~ TiVo Staff
