As opulent as a gilded cage, “Party's Fall” tells the tale of a hedonist succumbing to vice. “The Last Beat of My Heart” is awash in strings and accordion, and “Right Now,” by Siouxsie and Budgie's duo The Creatures, dips into dazzling big-band jazz.
