Like any good dub master, Scientist fills his mixes with little experiments: effects, pitch shifts, and reverb-induced collisions. "Collie," his take on Barrington Levy's "Collie Weed," cycles through unplaceable percussion, then concludes with two fills layered on top of each other. "Who Dead?" sounds like a pontoon party down the River Styx, perky horns dancing with ska guitar and slippery bloops.
