Born in NYC, Rami Kleinstein yearned to rock for as long as he could remember. For his debut solo album in the late ‘80s, he embraced Bruce Springsteen's Born in the U.S.A. bandana, as well as the Boss's spirit. The musician switched to pop in the ‘90s, hitting it big with his triple-Platinum album Tapuchim Ve'tmarim. Holding fast to a successful recording and producing career, Kleinstein was married for more than 20 years to Israeli singer Rita, until the couple divorced in 2007.
