Marc Dupré: Influences

Marc Dupré has sung for the rafters since his debut album, which featured an assist from Céline Dion. A master of penning Québécois pop with arena rock sensibilities, he loves ‘80s synth brooders like Eurythmics' “Here Comes the Rain Again” and Culture Club's “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me.” But he also adores lighter-raisers like Coldplay's piano-laced “Fix You” and Styx's “Come Sail Away.”
