There's much more to these Jacksonville heroes than their radio-dominating Southern-rock anthems. "Poison Whiskey," from their debut album, marries Skynyrd's rock muscle to some funky, syncopated James Gang-style riffs, while "Things Goin' On" sets socially conscious lyrics to a jubilant, celebratory gospel-country stomp.
