Even when busting out power ballads for the ladies, he sounds like he just came off a decade-long bender with Keef—and that's how he sounded at 23! His mates are old souls, too. While they came of age during hair metal madness, their boogie and burn recalls far earlier days in rock's twisted history. Makes sense, considering their name references a sleazoid cult film that came out when they were barely old enough to walk.
