Rap collective KANDYTOWN has birthed some of Japan's smoothest MCs. As both artists and producers, they've influenced the hip-hop scene of the ‘10s by introducing a wide variety of sounds worth rapping over into their backing tracks. Their league includes rappers working over breezy guitar instrumentals (DONY JOINT) as well as those opting for dusty sample-driven beats (YOUNG JUJU).
