Since 1990, this annual festival has turned the small town of Dauphin, Manitoba, into Canada's country-music capital for three days each June. But the event adheres to a rather liberal definition of country—on top of Nashville-schooled stars like Miranda Lambert, Dauphin has also welcomed party rocker Andrew W.K. and Police Academy mouthpiece Michael Winslow.
